The Art of Soft Living: 'Color with Me' Series

In this series, I emphasize that something as simple as coloring implies a soft life and it does! Adult coloring is not much different from coloring as a kid. While that maybe a long time ago to think about, you can probably remember that coloring was never a stressful activity. It was full of joy, fun and creative decisions on what to color, how to color, what colors to use or not to use. It became a serious and focused project. Coloring could send you into a blissful mindset as a kid and the same can be said with adult coloring. Just a little background, when I was in elementary school my mother introduced me to art by providing me with art supplies in 4th grade. I still remember my colored pencils, paint by number books, watercolors, and sketchbooks. As a fourth grader transitioning into a new school culture she knew I needed something to distract my distress and she was right.
